Tank you berry much ...

Spent most of the day on the phone with various Dell reps who seemed just as interested in extending the warranty as fixing my daughter's computer. Finally, went to Costco and bought a different brand computer. Stopped on the way home for some Lamb Curry. Don't know why I was craving that?

Yes ... but it seems that my cup holder is jammed.

I've had the "Dell is Hell" experience myself with my daughter. Customer Support - and I use that term loosely - refused to do anything on warranty. One told me: "You're not Michael Dell". Needless to say my next two computers were NOT Dell! Hah!
