10.01.2021: Due to a lack of qualified candidates, the city of Kennesaw was forced to hire an untrained Scarecrow to direct traffic at their busiest intersection. Mr. Scarecrow agreed to work a 12-hour shift for just $3.00. He could have gotten much, much more … if he only had a brain.
