Spider Web Rules and Regulations
Chapter 6, page 31 of the SPIDER HANDBOOK: "When building a sticky web in a National Park, make every effort to construct that web approximately face-high to the average adult human. Also, place that web in a fairly high traffic area for best results and tons of laughs."
