Walking is GOOD for you!


Since the middle of April, I've dropped ten pounds by upping my walking routine to 6 days a week.  A little over three miles each time out.  (OK, I am watching what I eat too!)  I feel GREAT.

By now you should be in middle Florida at 3 miles a day. Let us know when you get to Miami.
