In the old days if one wished to contact the government they would write to the President, their Representative or their Senator, never knowing if the complaint or question they had arrived or if it would ever be read. Today all you have to do is text your concerns to a friend or send an email to anyone you know and PRESTO … the government has received your correspondence! Now that’s progress.
